Bespoke Cocktail Evening at the Lounge

Join us for Bespoke Evenings at Sapphire—a night for the curious cocktail drinker. For this evening, there will be no written cocktail menu. Instead, take a seat at the bar and tell our bartender what you’re in the mood for: a spirit you love, a flavor you can’t get enough of, a favorite classic, or simply the kind of evening you want to have. He’ll use that conversation as inspiration to create a cocktail designed around your individual taste.Maybe you’ll discover a new favorite. Maybe you’ll enjoy a familiar spirit in an entirely new way. Either way, each drink is a little adventure—thoughtfully made, completely personal, and meant to be savored. Come ready to explore, bring someone with great taste, and let Andrew create something unexpected for your glass. No menu. No guessing. Just a cocktail made for you.
