Welcome to sapphireminocqua.com, the website of The Sapphire Lounge, 414 Oneida St., Minocqua, Wisconsin 54548. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The site is for personal, non-commercial use — browse the menu, check the hours, find an event, plan a night out.

Everything on the site — the words, photographs, logo, and design — belongs to The Sapphire Lounge unless noted otherwise. Please don’t reuse it without asking.

SMS / Text messaging terms

The Sapphire Lounge offers text messaging so you can reach us with questions about hours, events, reservations, and the like, and — if you opt in — receive occasional updates about events and special pours.

  • Opting in: You opt in to conversational messages by texting our number first; we’ll reply to the conversation you started. You opt in to promotional updates only by expressly signing up for them.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we’ll send one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. To rejoin, just text us again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: How we handle your information — including our commitment not to share mobile opt-in data — is in our Privacy Policy.

A note on age

We serve alcohol, and the law is the law: you must be 21 or older to drink at the lounge. The website itself is open to all, but our guest policy applies when you visit in person.

No warranties, within reason

We work to keep the information on this site — hours, events, menu — accurate and current, but occasionally life intervenes: a holiday closure, a band reschedules, a wine sells out. The site is provided as-is, and we can’t guarantee it’s error-free. When in doubt, ask us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sapphire Lounge is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website or messaging program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Oneida County, Wisconsin.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update them here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
